Tyson Fury’s cutman has revealed exactly what the Gypsy King is like behind the glitz and the glam of Netflix and mega fights
Whether its chaotic press conferences, in the ring showmanship, or Netflix stardom, Tyson Fury’s charisma shines through in whatever he does.
His personality combined with world class boxing skills has catapulted him to the very top of the sporting world.
It certainly wasn’t all handed to Fury on a plate however.
The Gypsy King travelled to Vladimir Klitschko’s back garden to dethrone the long-standing champion, and the rest is history.
Ups and downs, sold out stadiums and retirements, its a career that’s had it all, and the book has not closed just yet.
A long-awaited clash with career long rival Anthony Joshua is signed for November.
Not only this, a third season of ‘At Home With The Fury’s’ has been confirmed.
The two time heavyweight world champion’s cutman Jamie Sheldon has revealed what Fury is really like.
Speaking to Betway, Jamie stated: “Tyson is Tyson and he doesn’t change for anyone,”.
“What I love about Tyson is, he always listens and gets involved in a conversation.
“I had an event to go to at York Hall, and he was really invested in the conversation and could name most of the fighters on the card”.
“He loves boxing and it’s his passion,”.
“That’s different to so many top fighters or big names as they are normally quite selfish and are just thinking about themselves”.
“But he wanted to know how I was doing, what I was doing and wanted to talk about the fights coming up.”.
With AJ taking a warmup fight in July, rumours are circulating about Fury following suit.
Whether this comes to fruition is yet to be seen.
One thing is for sure, the last thing fight fans want is another obstacle in the way of Fury-Joshua, a mega fight over a decade in the making.
