Turki Alalshikh reveals desired location for Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua

Turki Alalshikh reveals country he would like Fury-Joshua to happen in.

The highly anticipated showdown between heavyweight stars Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua is a bout that has always seemed elusive despite how close it may have been.

Much like a rare bird, if you got too close, it would always fly away. And by the time it came back, its shimmering wings appeared slightly duller than before.

Because of course, marinating something for too long ruins its flavour, and a boxing match is no different. This is the opinion of many involved in the sport of pugilism, at least.

And depending on how you look at it, a fight that arrives too late could be considered worse than a fight never arriving in the first place.

But when it comes to a pairing like Fury vs. Joshua, the money will always be there. So, despite both men no longer holding a world title and being in their late 30s, their meeting will still do exceptionally well.

Despite it being an all-British affair, the location of the fight has been in doubt as of recently. In fact, the newest reports stated that it could very well be taking place in the United States.

This would mostly be down to the pencilled-in month of November, which may not be the best time to stage such a contest.

However, Turki Alalshikh has now revealed where he would like the fight to happen, stating to Sky Sports Boxing, “We want the fight here in England.”

That would certainly be ideal for British fight fans, the section of the boxing populace who would like to see this fight most. Should it happen, it would truly be the most unforgettable night.
