Top Rank and Bob Arum have signed a long-term broadcast partnership with DAZN, after leaving ESPN in 2025.
After close to a year without a broadcast partner, Top Rank have signed with DAZN.
The Californian based promotional outfit will join Matchroom Boxing, Queensberry Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions on ‘the global home of boxing’.
Top Rank were long-term partners with American sports broadcast giant ESPN until 2025.
In recent months, Top Rank fighters have been fighting on other promoters events frequently.
Examples of these include Emmanuel Navarrate who defeated Eduardo Nunez on a Matchroom Boxing event, as well as Raymond Muratalla who defeated Andy Cruz.
With the emergence of ZUFFA Boxing, headed by Dana White and financially supported by Turki Al-Sheikh and SELA, it was imperative that Top Rank moved quickly to find a home for their stacked stable of talent.
First reported by the Ring Magazine: ‘Bob Arum’s Top Rank and DAZN have reached an agreement on a multi-year broadcast partnership that will be announced this week’.
‘The deal will provide Top Rank with between eight and ten dates per year and will pay license fees between $1 million and $1.25 million per event’.
With Matchroom Boxing having a similar amount of dates in America per year, DAZN subscribers will now have an added amount of American talent to watch.
As well as this, with four of the sports most prominent promotional outfits landing on the same platform, the opportunities for cross-promotional fights to take place are greater than previous years.
