Tommy Fury puts no-show in contract as Darren Till shows up to Eddie Hall press conference

Team Fury write no-show into contract as Till shows up for Hall press conference.

Previously a contender in the UFC who challenged Tyron Woodley for the welterweight championship in 2018, Darren Till moved over to boxing with a win over fellow MMA fighter Mohammad Mutie in July of 2024.

Till’s next boxing match was due to be against Tommy Fury, which was scheduled for early 2025 on a Misfits Boxing card. However, Fury would pull out after Till threatened to resort to “MMA tactics” should he start losing the fight.

Till would instead face Anthony Taylor, a boxer and MMA fighter who was actually a former opponent of Fury’s. Till would win by technical knockout.

Since the cancelled bout with Fury, though, it’s clear that he and Till have not gained any more respect for each other. If anything, it seems to have only decreased.

This became especially apparent just the other day when it was announced that Till had been banned from attending Fury’s fight with former professional strongman Eddie Hall.

Till made his feelings towards this very clear online, writing a social media post in which he expressed his annoyance and frustration with the matter.

But in that social media post, Till claimed he would still show up to the event wearing a disguise. And while we will have to wait until Saturday to see if he will follow through with this, he did show up to the Fury-Hall press conference today.

Only, upon arrival, Till was informed that Tommy Fury’s team had written it into the contract that if the former MMA fighter turns up to any event, they will not be showing up.

This was captured in a video uploaded to Till’s Kick earlier today.

Needless to say, there is no love lost between Till and the former Love Island star.
