Muhammad Ali’s former home up for sale

Boxing legend’s home is currently available to buy.

Muhammad Ali needs no introduction whatsoever. The ring immortal became the heavyweight world champion on three occasions, and he beat numerous all-time greats while taking part in the most famous fights of all time.

George Foreman, Sonny Liston, Joe Frazier, and plenty of others all fell before Ali for one reason or another, and he retired with a record of 56-5.

The terms “The Rumble in the Jungle” and “The Thrilla in Manila” are familiar to people who aren’t even boxing fans, and the same is true for Ali himself. Indeed, only Mike Tyson approaches the same level of fame to the common man.

Ali passed away in 2016, a date which is coming up on ten years ago. But during the champion’s life, he resided within several different houses, and now one of them is for sale.

That’s right; if you want to, you can now live in one of the former homes of ‘The Greatest’, provided you have enough money to do so.

The estate in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, built in 1965, is 1.5 acres long and has six bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, two kitchens, an exercise room, multiple living-rooms, a private pool, five garages, a tennis court, a basketball court, a shuffleboard court, and even more.

It can all be yours for $1,975,000, per Realtor.com. No paltry sum, to be sure, but it’s clear to see why.

The residence is truly a house fit for a champion, and it is also registered in the New Jersey and National Registers of Historic Places.

In 2025, another of Ali’s former homes was sold for $715,630. This Overbrook Park property was purchased by the late Kobe Bryant’s grandparents, furthering the number of famous names attached to houses owned by Ali.
