The Chatham heavyweight is expanding his horizons.
Moses Itauma has quickly established himself as one of boxing’s most exciting knockout artists.
The young heavyweight is continuing his rapid rise towards a world title shot.
But away from the ring, Itauma is preparing to launch a new venture.
He is teaming up with his brother Karol Itauma, Anis Mehmeti and Frankie Wood to open a new gym.
Mehmeti currently plays in the Premier League for Ipswich Town, while Wood continues his rise in professional boxing.
Between them, they are working to bring together advanced training, recovery therapies, lifestyle medicine and premium hospitality all under one roof.
Itauma explained: “We’re hugely excited to be giving back to the area that moulded us through Club Eight³.
“Chatham has always been home, and we wanted to create something that raises standards for health, fitness and recovery in Kent.
“The aim is to give people access to the same quality of facilities that elite athletes use.
“Whether you’re training for a big sporting event or simply looking to improve your health and wellbeing, Club Eight³ is the premium wellness club Medway has been waiting for, and we’re looking forward to welcoming our first members in September.”
