MFPro have announced what will be their inaugural event just days after signing a long-term deal with broadcaster DAZN.

MFPro Boxing have announced their second promotion as they head to Belfast.

MFPro is the sister company of Misfits Boxing, the home of crossover boxing.

Misfits have made crossover boxing into a sustainable project, figureheaded by crossover star KSI, Misfits have sold out arenas around the world consistently since its introduction to the space in 2022.

The venture was fronted by long time promoters Kalle and Nisse Sauerland of Wasserman Boxing.

MFPro is the businesses traditional professional boxing promotion, and has signed a long-term exclusive deal with DAZN.

The promotion’s inaugural announcement was the heavyweight matchup of  Derek Chisora vs Deontay Wilder at the O2 arena in a fight that is being billed as ‘100’.

It is believed that MFPro’s first flagship signing Viddal Riley is set to feature in the co-main in a European title fight.

Riley, who was a stellar amateur, found himself becoming KSI’s trainer in the early days of crossover boxing.

Instead of waiting for April to kick things off, MFPro are not waiting around and have announced another event that will take place on March 20th.

MFPro’s inaugural show will be headlined by Belfast’s own Mick Conlan vs Kevin Walsh for the WBC international featherweight title at the SSE Arena.

With Belfast being one of the UK’s greatest fighting cities, there will be a plethora of local talent looking to fight on the undercard of this one.

Being exclusive to DAZN, MFPro join fellow UK promoters Matchroom Boxing and Queensberry Promotions on the platform.

With Boxxer now also having global broadcast agreements with DAZN, this provides the opportunity for the UK’s biggest promoters to co-operate and work together to make fights between stables on a consistent basis, something that they failed to do in the past.
