Massive British musical act to potentially perform on Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua show

Tyson Fury’s manager discusses several potential options.

It seems that 2026 could very well be the year where boxing fans get to witness the two most popular British heavyweights duke it out at long last.

A match that has been hoped for, teased, and rumoured for many years appears closer than ever to getting done, and it seems only more hurdle remains for both parties involved.

Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua is a fight that should have already happened by now, but it has ultimately passed us by on each occasion it appeared close to getting made.

And despite both men being at the latter half of their careers, they still combine to make what is probably the biggest all-British fight in boxing history.

Attendance will potentially break records, and the money generated could be some of the biggest numbers in quite a while. We simply have to see it happen.

Before it takes place, though, Joshua must get past Kristian Prenga, and Fury is reportedly also wanting a fight in the interim.

But regarding the event itself, it was reported recently that Turki Alalshikh was wanting Dua Lipa to do a performance at the show as something to celebrate the massive British occasion.

But earlier today, it was confirmed that Dua Lipa would not be taking part. And as a result, alternative options are now being explored.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Spencer Brown (Fury’s manager) stated, “We’d still like to pursue an iconic U.K. act on the show–someone like Noel Gallagher, Robbie Williams, Manic Street Preachers, Elton John, or even Rod Stewart–but that’s entirely up to Turki Alalshikh and Netflix, because without them, none of this would be possible.

“I’m sure one of these artists would love to take her place. It’s going to be an iconic night of British boxing, a fantastic spectacle.

“Please be sure the fight will happen on what will be the biggest night and the biggest fight British boxing has ever seen.”

The gargantuan showdown has been slated for October in either Wembley Stadium or Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. And regardless of the artist involved, the two men who operate on the canvas will provide the fans with a very special night indeed.
