The 29-year-old isn’t letting his recent loss get the better of him.
Jake Paul has been out of action since he suffered a double-jaw break against Anthony Joshua in December.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer managed to make it into the sixth round before the two-time world heavyweight champion brought the contest to a devastating end.
While Paul continues his recovery in hopes of a return to the ring later this year, some members of the boxing world have urged him to consider stepping away from the sport altogether.
During a conversation with Sky Sports, he clarified his stance on the matter: “I love fighting.
“I love all sides of it, even the broken jaw and all the things that come with the sport.
“I’m probably pretty crazy, but there’s definitely more for me to accomplish in the ring.”
The American has certainly garnered a controversial reputation in his 14 professional outings to date.
While some fans may not be counting down the days to Jake Paul’s return, he isn’t ready to hang up the gloves just yet.
In fact, he has already revealed his current four-man hitlist.
Paul intends to make an immediate impact once he completes his recovery, with several high-profile names reportedly under consideration.
He continued: “I think I can spar in four to five months.
“It’s getting better day by day, but it’s definitely still annoying.
“We’ll see what happens when I get back to sparring and how it feels, but potentially could fight in November or December.”
Paul is eager to get back to full health and lace up the gloves.
With dreams of one day winning a world title, he will certainly need to take on a higher calibre of opponents to earn a shot at gold.
