Jake Paul and Most Valuable Promotions announce more undercard fights for their inaugural UK show at the Olympia on April 5th.
Jake Paul and Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) have undoubtedly revolutionised Women’s boxing.
A mission that started with one of the greatest female fighters of all time in Amanda Serrano has led to MVP possessing a stable full of the sports very best female fighters.
MVP have had record breaking viewing figures for women’s boxing staging the rematch and trilogy fights of Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano.
The pair co-main evented Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson, as well as packing out the famous Madison Square Garden twice.
This has opened doors for female fighters that were previously locked.
Women’s boxing is at an all time high and is only set to grow financially and commercially.
Jake Paul has been a driving force behind this.
Paul’s boxing career started in the United Kingdom in 2018, when he defeated fellow YouTuber Deji in a white collar bout.
His dedication since this point alongside strategic matchmaking has seen him become ranked in the top 15 of the cruiserweight world rankings, as well as boxing two time heavyweight champion of the world Anthony Joshua last December in a professionally sanctioned bout.
Paul and MVP have announced their inaugural UK show, which will be shown live on Sky Sports.
The bill will be headlined by Caroline Dubois vs Terri Harper for the unified lightweight world titles alongside Ellie Scotney vs Mayelli Flores.
They have now released more undercard fights.
Tysie Gallagher, Britain’s first female super-bantamweight champion, IBF No 1 Elizabeth Oshoba and former WBA titlist Shannon Courtenay will box on the Caroline Dubois vs Terri Harper undercard.
Gallagher will face undefeated Teresa Makinen.
Oshoba is set to fight over three minute rounds, as MVP continue to push for this to become a permanent change.
