Jake Paul agrees major women’s boxing deal with Sky Sports

Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions have penned a long-term major broadcast agreement with Sky Sports to become the home of MVPW.

Jake Paul and Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) have brought a fresh wave of enthusiasm to the boxing world since their entrance to the sport.

MVP, figure-headed by Jake Paul, and operated by Nakisa Bidarian have revolutionised women’s boxing.

Their mission to provide female stars with the recognition they deserve began with Amanda Serrano (48-4-1, 30ko’s).

The Puerto Rican has headlined Madison Square Garden twice and co-main evented one of the highest viewed sporting spectacles of 2024.

Not only has this turned Serrano into a star of the sport, she has paved the way for the next generation.

Sitting here in 2026, MVP have a global stable of female and men’s boxing stars.

Recently MVP announced a stacked all female card in London, that will be broadcasted live on Sky Sports.

Headlined by Caroline Dubois vs Terri Harper for the unified WBA and WBO lightweight championship, as well as Ellie Scotney vs Mayelli Rosquero for the undisputed super bantamweight world championship.

Many MVP events over recent years have landed on DAZN, with some on Netflix.

ESPN are now the long-term broadcast partners of MVP stateside, and they have now secured a major long-term home in the UK and Ireland.

‘Sky Sports and NOW will be the home of Most Valuable Promotions’ new women’s boxing platform, MVPW, in the UK and Ireland, after agreeing a multi-year deal with the promoter’.

‘The deal means Sky Sports will exclusively broadcast two all-female UK fight nights every year with the card at London’s Olympia on Sunday 5 April being MVPW’s first UK event’.

‘As well as events on UK soil, Sky Sports will also show selected MVPW US fight nights, starting in the early hours of April 18 when unified super-featherweight world champion Alycia Baumgardner defends her titles against South Korea’s Bo Mi Re Shin at the Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden’.

After a year of absence from the sport, it is great to see Sky Sports committing long-term to boxing.

Both Zuffa boxing and now MVP have long-term deals with the blue chip sports broadcaster.
