Full Zuffa Boxing 9 card revealed

Zuffa Boxing 9 card unveiled fully.

Zuffa Boxing is set to stage its 9th show later this month, and the matchups that feature on the bill are particularly intriguing this time around.

The pairing at the top of the bill is a bout between Edgar Berlanga and Steven Butler, an encounter between two super-middleweight punchers that doesn’t appear likely to end up being a dull affair.

Former IBF world champion Richardson Hitchins will also be in action against Ricardo Salas, a bout that serves as part of the “double main event” on the card.

Finally–when it comes to the action on the main portion of the bill, at least–Jalil Hackett will face tough veteran Sergiy Derevyanchenko.

However, there is plenty more for fans to enjoy.

Unbeaten Dominique Francis (16-0, 10 KOs) will fight at super-featherweight against Hector Andres Sosa (18-4, 9 KOs), an Argentinian most famous for knocking out Britain’s Jazza Dickens for the IBO title.

Then there is a featherweight encounter between Troy Nash (7-0-1, 1 KO) and Ethan Perez (8-0-1, 3 KOs), a heavyweight battle between Kashaun Davis (11-0, 11 KOs) and Mihai Nistor (8-0, 8 KOs), and a welterweight clash between Emiliano Moreno (12-1 (2), 7 KOs) and Arnold González (18-1, 9 KOs).

Most intriguing of the undercard portion of the show, though, is another heavyweight showdown between Otto Wallin (28-3 (1), 16 KOs) and Vladyslav Sirenko (22-1, 19 KOs).

Wallin, of course, is famous for his high-profile bouts against Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua, and Derek Chisora. Sirenko, on the other hand, last lost a decision to a Briton himself in Solomon Dacres.

That contest will top the pre-main card portion of the bill.

Ultimately, it’s yet another well-matched Zuffa show that will likely provide for a great night of action.
