The 38-year-old is hoping to still be in the mix for huge fights.
Dillian Whyte has been out of action since suffering defeat to rising heavyweight prospect Moses Itauma.
Before that, he recorded unconvincing victories over Ebenezer Tetteh and Christian Hammer as he attempted to rebuild his career.
As Whyte eyes a return to winning ways, he has floated the names of several potential comeback opponents.
He told Sky Sports: “I understand I’m coming off a first-round defeat; I’m not deluded.
“I understand that I need a fight to get myself back into contention, so [I’ll fight] whoever really.
“I just want to get a fight back and just get back in the ring, shake some ring rust and just get my groove on again and then fight whoever there is to fight.
“I’d love to fight Derek Chisora, Andy Ruiz, [Jarrell] Miller.
“These are guys from my era that I didn’t fight [aside from Chisora], and I’d love to fight them.”
