Chase DeMoor sheds light on the terms for potential rematch with Andrew Tate.

Chase DeMoor has publicised the timeframe that Andrew Tate has contractually to exercise his rematch clause.

In late December 2025, Chase DeMoor successfully retained his Misfits Heavyweight Title defeating Tate via majority decision in a Misfits Pro (MF-pro) attraction in Dubai.

This victory extended DeMoor’s unbeaten run of fights to 11, after initially losing his first four bouts in boxing.

Despite this fight largely being considered as underwhelming, the close nature of the scorecards naturally brings talk of a rematch between these two crossover stars.

Andrew Tate, a man with tens of millions of followers globally, became CEO for Misfits in December.

Chase DeMoor is most widely known for being a reality television star.

In an interview with Fred Talks Fighting, Chase DeMoor raised talk about a potential rematch and what that would entail.

“I am having conversations with Misfits, my own team, my managements etc,” DeMoor stated.

“He [Andrew Tate] does have a rematch clause in there, but in the rematch clause, I do not think it specifically states that he has the same terms”.

“He has until the 20th February to activate it, otherwise it’s null”.

With Chase DeMoor already getting the better of his rival Andrew Tate in the first fight and with a significant purse on the line for the former Too Hot to Handle star, he is pushing for Tate to activate his rematch clause before the upcoming deadline.

The opportunity for Chase DeMoor to be the ‘A side’ in this fight comes with a lucrative purse.

With other offers on the table for the champion, DeMoor stated “they offered me 100k. My rematch with Tate is 450k. How am I pricing myself you bum. I’m the biggest name in boxing, having a 8 week camp to stop you in the third is crazy work. Pay me and let’s fight”.

The upcoming weeks will highlight if Tate still has the ambition as a 39 year old to avenge his defeat in December, and if Chase DeMoor has to look at other options for his next fight.
