A WhatsApp message labelled “Private and Confidential Deal Terms” outlines a potential crossover bout between the two men.
Social media personality Sneako has revealed what appears to be a private fight offer sent to him for a bout against Andrew Tate, with influencer boxing promoter and music mogul Mams Taylor named as the man behind the proposal.
The screenshots, posted publicly by Sneako on X, show a WhatsApp message labelled “Private and Confidential Deal Terms” outlining a potential crossover bout between the controversial online figures, a fight that would instantly rank among the most talked-about events in influencer boxing.
Sneako has grown into one of the internet’s most polarising commentators, transitioning from YouTube creator into livestream personality and online debater, regularly engaging in combat sports conversations and appearing around fight culture personalities.
Andrew Tate, meanwhile, needs little introduction in the crossover boxing space. A former kickboxer turned online figure, Tate already carries legitimate striking experience, making any bout involving him far more serious than the average influencer contest.
The proposal itself reportedly came from Mams Taylor, a central figure in organising multiple crossover boxing events, who contacted Sneako directly via WhatsApp with structured terms for a potential contest.
According to the leaked message, the proposed fight included the following conditions:
Fight: Andrew Tate vs Sneako
Location: United States or UAE
Rounds: 5 rounds × 3 minutes
Date: Q3 (third quarter of the year)
Weight: To be discussed and agreed
Financial terms
• $1,000,000 fight purse plus backend revenue
• Estimated $250,000–$500,000 sponsorship earnings kept by the fighter
• Rematch clause worth $2,000,000 plus backend
Promotional obligations
• Press conference announcement
• Fight week media activities
• Open workout and weigh-in appearances
Travel & accommodation
• 2 business-class flights
• 3 economy flights
• 4 hotel rooms + 1 luxury suite
• Ground travel covered
The message also referenced potential platform considerations, noting assistance with account reinstatement on Rumble if required.
Sneako has previously suggested he could compete around welterweight (147 lbs), while Andrew Tate is naturally a far bigger man and has historically competed closer to cruiserweight (200 lbs) territory.
That enormous gap raises serious questions over whether a fair weight agreement could ever be reached meaning that, for now, the fight remains an intriguing possibility rather than an imminent reality.
